Whooperie 2003

On the morning Saturday of Oct. 18th the Bears and Wolves enjoyed a morning of games featuring a Medieval Theme, Space Theme, Pre-historic Theme and Wild West Theme. On Saturday afternoon the Webelos set up camp at the Crowe campsite. We then gathered for dinner at the activities center and then went on to the fire-bowl which featured a memorable pyrotechnics display. The pack completed the night with every scout baking a cake treat inside a hollowed out orange over the camp fire. For the second year in a row, the pack took first place in the cooking/baking contest for their orange cake treat. We also enjoyed popcorn over the open fire as well as a late night nature hike. The weather was fantastic and all had a great time.
